The Blue Kangaroo has been a locally owned company for 30 years. Our employee-owners have earned our reputation for quality in the self-service laundry market throughout Chicagoland, Southeast Wisconsin, and Northwest Indiana.
Our Blue Kangaroo stores are thoughtfully designed from the interior layout to the exterior landscaping. Our laundries are primarily free-standing buildings and accommodate plenty of parking. Blue Kangaroo laundries are fully equipped with several sizes of washers, including huge 8-load machines for large family washes. While visiting, customers enjoy wide aisles, large folding tables, and a convenient mini-mart stocked with various sizes and brands of soap, detergent, fabric softeners, bleach, cloth laundry bags, hangers, and other useful items. Most Blue Kangaroos offer a Kids Korner area with seating and children’s television programming.
Blue Kangaroos are fully attended and our staff is well-trained, courteous, and here to help. Our stores are in a continuous state of improvement with upgrades, maintenance, and re-equipping to serve our customers better.
